Abstract

Food and drink are basic needs for every human being, so the food and beverage industry will continue to survive as long as people still need food and drink, as well as the lifestyle of today's society is also changing everything required for a fast-paced and practical. What's more busy work and other life demands make less time for cooking side dishes and vegetables to the daily food. In the end, People now prefer to buy food than to make it. Therefore, the authors would like to set up a food truck called food station. Food station uses the concept of food truck because use cars for selling means, allows the seller to "pick up the ball" in the sense that the seller can be easy to move and find a location that has good prospects. The author chose dumplings with various levels of spicy as the main menu. In addition because it feels good, suitable and loved by all ages. Also The process of making and presenting dumplings does not require a long time, so in accordance with the lifestyle of the people of Jakarta right now who want foods that are practical, tasty, and fast. From the results of the investment feasibility analysis show that the company is eligible for run because the NPV value positive for 5 year amounted to IDR 349 643 805,00. The results of a positive NPV indicate investment returns greater than the required return. Analysis of company's investment in generating profits made by calculating the Internal Rate of Return is equal to 43.02% more than 13.01% based on the interest rate of the loan. The business is also able to obtain his initial investment back within a period of 2 years 2 months 4 days.
