Abstract

Favorite Jersey is convection business that offers a wide range of processed raw material into clothes. Favorite Jersey is planned to be open at Jl.bacan 1G, Biak(Roxy), West Jakarta. An overview towards the industry and analysis of strength, weakness, opportunities and threats within the business shows that there’s a prospect that if we can maximize our strengths and opportunities to overcome our weakness and threats, surely it is a good business to run. Establishments Catfish House requires initial funding of approximately IDR 80.000.000. This fund purely come from the owner, James Kevin, that makes it as a sole proprietorship business and the funds will allocate for rental location, renovation, kitchen appliances, cafe equipment, the cost of licensing, raw materials, starter supplies, cash reserves, the cost of making website, logo and neon box. The assestment of Favorite Jersey performance was done by preparing financial statements, consisting of : income statement proforma, cash flow projection, and balance sheet proforma. Moreover, the feasibility studies of Catfish House was done by using several methods of investment appraisal, such as : Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Payback Period (PP) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). From those assestment and studies, it resulted that Favorite Jersey has a positive NPV worth IDR 215.556.923 profitability index value 3,74 payback period for 3 years, 8 months and 12 days, and the value internal rate of return is 19,44%. Thus, Favorite Jersey is available business to run.
