Abstract
Pelangi Laundry is a company engaged in Laundry services. The location of Pelangi Laundry is located at Jalan Alur Laut No 10, Jakarta, North Jakarta. Because it is considered to have good potential in running a business with a visible development of industry in Indonesia, which every year increases. The initial capital used for the establishment of Pelangi Laundry company is Rp. 384.550.000, -. The funds are used for the purchase of laundry packets Rp. 350.000.000, - (Three hundred fifty million rupiah), The cost of motorcycle purchase is Rp. 12.000.000, - (Twelve million rupiah), equipment cost Rp. 12.550.000, - (Twelve million five hundred five thousand rupiah), cash allocation of Rp. 10.000.000, - (Ten million rupiah), the business startup capital of Pelangi Laundry comes from the author's own capital. Research on company performance is done by preparing Proforma Financial Statement, which consists of Proforma Income Statement, Proforma Cash Flow, and Proforma Balance Sheet. After preparing the financial statements, it is also conducted with a business feasibility assessment with several investment valuation methods, including Net Present Value, Profitability Index, Payback Period and Internal Rate of Return. The results of the calculation by using investment feasibility research is feasible by producing NPV of Rp. 87,547,628, - with Payback period 3 years 1 month 18 days. With the conclusion that the investment in the Rainbow Laundry company is feasible because the views of the Proforma Income Statement generate profits that increase every year from 2018-2022.
