Abstract

Waka! Shoes is a Indonesia based business specializes in selling footware or shoes, especially slop shoes. Waka! Shoes sales and marketing strategy is made through Fufastore.com which had been initiated in past years. Currently Waka! Shoes only focusing on selling online, and it has warehouse which located in jatinegara timur and established since January 2016. The target market which Waka! Shoes aim is young people whom is strive for affordable price yet up to date to present trends. The Business Plan has been calculated that Waka! Shoes establishment is worth to run by looking financial plan and business projections for the next five years, ie the period from 2016 to 2020. The initial investment for the business plan is 128 million rupiah and its entirely derived from the writer’s capital who already have a business ie fufastore.com, this investment is projected to be back with period of 144 days, which is it has very high return rate, so the conclusion is that this business is very feasible.
