Abstract
The scientific work of non-research in the form of a business plan is the culinary business, especially in the form of a cafe located in the Food Plaza PIK. Business planning aims to provide the experience and the taste of food and beverages unique especially toasted bread with various toppings interesting variants. As well as the framework and reference in realizing and developing business cafe Ropang PIK reviewed from aspects of business, such as marketing, operations, finance, human resources, strategy and business feasibility Ropang PIK. This plan was made for seeing the opportunity is still wide open in the culinary industry, especially in North Jakarta, the views of the population, the level of consumption, as well as being the many culinary festivals in various places membuktikkan their large container for the promotion as well as a platform to innovate on the culinary in Indonesia. PIK Ropang of financial analysis it was concluded that the initial capital of Rp. 483 030 191, -, this effort gives NPV Rp. 119 190 208, - and an IRR of 27.27%, with a payback period of 2 years 1 month and 28 days. NPV, IRR, payback period shows a positive NPV, payback period of less than five years, and the IRR is greater than the cost of capital of 13.01%. It can be concluded that the business is feasible to set.
