Abstract

“Barberlabs” is a company which engaged in the barbershop business. “Barberlabs” is located at Harapan Indah, Bekasi precisely in Ruko Asia Tropis 15 No.20. This area is considered as a perfect location for this business because this location is near with schools and residential area. Prospect of this business is looking good and have potential market, so it’s a good business to run. The business prospect of “Barberlabs” cannot separate with competition, thus made an analysis of internal and external factor to know the power of competitor. The Establishment of Studio Masterpiece need a capital Rp 160.000.000 ( One Hundred Sixty Million Rupiah). This fund is used to buy equipment and supplies, buy raw materials, buy a place and renovation, and many more to support this business. The calculation results using investment appraisal is feasible which produce the Net Present Value in the amount of Rp 244.966.077,- . The assessment of investment companies in generating profits made by counting Profitability Index 2,22. So this business is feasible to run because the nil is bigger than one. The Payback Period of this business will return for One Years Six Month and Twenty Eight Days. The Internal Rate of Return of this business is 62,95 % which make the business of “Studio Masterpiece” will be profitable because the rate of return that expected is just 19,25%.
