Abstract

Massage therapy place "Healthy Sport Massage" is a place for those customers who require a relaxation or injured muscles of their daily activities. Everyone must have a saturation of each of its activities, and everyone also has the risk of muscle injury in a variety of activities. Massage therapy "Healthy Sport Massage" providing such products, sports massage for customers who experience muscle injury, reflection for customers who need relaxation on the part of the foot, full-body massage for customers who need relaxation in all parts of the body, baby spa helps improve motor movements of toddlers, and massage therapy for pregnant mothers who are also in need of relaxation. From the analysis of the CPM, a massage therapy "Healthy Sport Massage" to get the highest score, of the SWOT analysis can be concluded that a massage therapy "Healthy Sport Massage" has the strength of its product differentiation, quality of service, strategic location, and promotion; weakness is the name of a company that is not known, yet has a good reputation, lack of management experience possessed in managing human resources; opportunities is the lifestyle of Jakarta, the development of sports business, increasing the birth rate in Jakarta, the rapid growth of technology, the level of awareness of the health increase. From the SWOT analysis and viewpoints then founded a massage therapy "Healthy Sport Massage". To establish the massage therapy "Healthy Sport Massage", the fund needed is Rp1.000.000.000 using writer own fund entirely. The fund will be allocated to rent a place for 5 years amounted to 100.000.000/year, renovating the shop Rp150.000.000, purchase of equipment for Rp131.156.000, purchase of supplies for Rp146.955.000, business licensing Rp5.000.000, and the rest will be used as initial cash to pay salaries, utilities, and other operational needs. Projected financial statements have been conducted to measure the company's performance appraisal. Business feasibility assessment done of some investment appraisal methods among others Break Even Point, Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return. From the analysis that has been done can be concluded that the business establishment where massage therapy "Healthy Sport Massage" viable. The result of Net Present Value is positive, which is Rp427.255.495>0; The income is always greater than the BEP annually; Payback Period for a massage therapy "Healthy Sport Massage" is 2 years 8 months 29 days; IRR of 24.7%, in other words greater than expected interest rate which is 12%.
